About The Theater
The Ocean Screening Room
is the premier Westside screening facility in
Los Angeles, serving West Los Angeles and the Beach Cities since
1990. It is the
ideal venue to showcase your film to potential distributors, press
screen a new release, audience test a rough cut or view cutting edge
formats, such as Hi-Definition video.

- 45 fixed seats
- Up to 55 people with additional seating

PARKING
- Validated parking. Underground parking
located in building with elevator access to the theaters. Parking
can be accessed from the alley off Santa Monica Blvd
- 3 hour FREE parking (M-F 9-5PM) is located one
block from the theater, on
2nd Street between Broadway and Santa Monica Blvd., in the City Garage
parking structure.
RECEPTION AREA
- Semi-private hallway leading to the screening
facility may be used as an informal reception area.
- Up to 30 minutes of reception area use is
provided at no charge. Table for refreshments provided at client
request.
RESTAURANTS AND CATERING
- For pre- or post-screening entertainment,
three
world class restaurants are located in the building, adjacent to the
theater: Ocean
Avenue Seafood,Robata
Bar and Sushi
Roku. Each offer a formal dining area and bar for your guests
and can serve your formal reception needs and cater your events.
- Other
great restaurants are in the area, ranging from the gourmet bistro JiRaffe
to Ye Old
King's
Head Pub are in easy walking distance.
- Santa
Monica's renowned Third
Street Promenade, with plenty of restaurants, classy shopping and
talented street entertainers, is located only two blocks away.
